The hike was beautiful and even took us up a look out that Colette once again attempted yet you could literally smell the fear off of her (note to self: by Colette stronger deodorant for Christmas). Marie et les filles passent la semaine a Sherbrooke avec Grand-Mamie. Beaucoup de visites a divers endroits dans la region de Sherbrooke. Samedi, des amis de longue date sont venus de Gatineau pour passer l`apres-midi avec les filles. Une belle apres-midi avec Anne, Michel et Aurelie.

... like canoeing. The motel in Sherbrooke was perfect: two pools, airy rooms, facilities, decent service, crisp linen, just under $40 a night for the room. Pity - we treated Sherbrooke as a poorest of cousins on a big wedding party: Montreal of course, was the real thing. (to continue)
