    Chicago is a very interesting place. The sky scrapers are the main attraction. The styles and materials have developed over the years providing an interesting timeline of fashion in architecture over the past 100+ years. We saw the city first via the architectural sight seeing cruise which was fantastic. A great introduction to the city.

    ... was one shower, about the same size as a cruise ship shower for all the passengers in our 'cart'. We set off and it was already getting dark in Chicago at 1630, about 20 minutes into the trip there was a smell of brakes and the train came to a halt for about 20 minutes, we had a broken air hose!!!! So the train limped for the first four hours until we reached a station were they could fix the airhose............ Oh oh.
