The drive was fine. We had a bit of a headwind, but forged on south. We stopped at a parking area just south of Dillon for a bit of lunch. The leftover pizza worked great. All you have to do is start the generator and use the "nuker" to warm whatever you have. All of the conveniences of home, without the lawn... That's a good thing.

The 2 mile road down to the falls had several small waterfalls right by the side of the road. It helped to bring the temperature down a bit. It was worth the time and effort to come out here to view this spectacular site.

The fellow at the gas station asked Bob if we would be willing to take three sets of golf clubs to Palm Springs with us.
