    ... as the rear shock has virtually no damping left to speak of.

    After some debate it's decided that Scotty will have a new tyre fitted (Jim has in the meantime repositioned the lock with a universal persuader) and the two Andys and I will continue to Pocatello. Jim will then follow Scotty to Pocatello once the tyre has been fitted. What we're going to do about the shockabsorber we're not yet sure.

    ... mistake as it was brimming over with beers brewed on site. Great night sampling all the beers and having a laugh with Coulter behind the bar and Electronic our waitress for the night. A few photos are posted to give you a flavour.

    Good news for Steve who lost his passport, he now has a temporary one to cover him for the rest of the trip. He had to ride to Los Angeles to get it though. A good 1000 mile trip!

    ... the Rangers.We hope we have left the rain behind here in bucolic Idaho,mostly we have been spoiled with great weather on this trip so far.

    ... looked like a small roadside hole in the wall restaurant -- Seriously this place is awesome. If you only get one meal to eat in Pocatello, eat at The Green T (Triangle) Bar & Grill. This place is by far the most unique in town for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

    ... and feeling good, we hit the road, while the staff said they'd visit the visitor center at Massacre Rocks (since they had already paid the entrance fee). After a short climb, we had a short but steep downhill (45 mph for Dave, 42 mph for Ann) before we had to get on I-86, since there were no other (paved) roads anywhere near.
