Comfort Inn Pleasant Way Nowra

We spend the day driving from Goulburn, where we stayed overnight and checked out Wollongong, a city just north of Nowra before heading back. Our visit was pretty much just a relaxing day. We ate lunch in the park and watched skydivers in tandem fall from the sky near the beach. Neat.<br> When we arrived back in Nowra, everyone had left. Matt, James and Rebecca had headed off to the Blue Mountains and all the weekenders had vacated. We had the field to ourselves, again.

... are portaloos. Luckily we have a solar shower which is brilliant!! After a day in the sun it is super warm!! The portaloos were clean on the 1st night but deteriorated rapidly over the weekend! By Saturday night Annie and I either went in the bush (night) or in the sea (day) as it was smelling very ripe in there and spiders had decided the loos were a good place to hang out!!! ... we discovered a few very nice beaches around Batemans Bay, Ulladula, and Jervis Bay, where we wanted to spend the night, but gave up after trying a few caravan parks - they were either completely packed, or nearly completely packed and expensive. It was still school holiday, so all the parks near beach were hopeless. Instead we drove a bit further and settled in Nowra for the night, it was a small clean park, nearly empty and, best of all, with wifi ...

... when you saw the inspectors get on, and basically never pay for the thing (not that I ever did this, of course). Now however it's all changed. In my brief time here, we've seen inspectors multiple times, including plainclothes ones! ... all day and never stopped singing. It got pretty hot in the afternoon as the sun came out and by the end of the day I have to admit that half of my face was a bit sunburnt! Not a good look! That evening I went out for a bite to eat so that I could properly meet his friend Kerry who he was travelling with, previously I had only seen here for 5 minutes in Melbourne when I was leaving and they were arriving.

The easter holidays are over, and we're all back to work. I think this is a good time to mention my new best friend, Maria. She won't let me take any photos of her, so let me describe her. She's 6'8", has long white hair down to her ****, one blue eye and one green eye and has a terrible fear of stamps. And until she lets me put a photo of her on, then this is just going to have to do. :)
