1st attempt at fishing on the Skyway Pier
Went fishing on the Sunshine Skyway Fishing Pier to try Bill's luck at fishing. There were a lot of people fishing so we figured the fishing must be good and we were guaranteed to catch some fish for supper!
Tried many different lures but ,,, no luck ,,,, no fish (this time)!

The day begun with a stirring ride aboard an airboat: usually gently but noisily sliding through the tunnels of this mangrove area just around Everglades City. But a couple of times speeding really fast through those natural shadowy tunnels to end up enjoying a spin to change direction when it cleared. Then was even more noisy! In our way we saw alligators, manatees, pelicans... and other birds.
