      ... One has an artifical beach without water access which seems a bit pointless to me. Why is sand better than just grass? Maybe it's a pyschological thing. The next pier along was hosting the third day of a Reggae Festival. $60 entrance. No thank you. It may explain the higher than average proportion of black people around.
