... breakers overheating. After three hours, they had a 90 amp breaker installed (versus the manufacturer's 35 amp) installed and we were on our way. We headed west on I-80 and found a campground in Ogallala, NE. It was amazing how high the rivers were from the flash flooding.

... We had a great time at both museums. After a
delicious dinner that was prepared by Betty we headed to the county fairground for a demolition derby, where 10 cars competed in 2 heats to see who would survive. This was a lot of fun and we all had a great time. We had a wonderful visit with Betty and Albert and hope to return for another visit in 2 years.
Today was a bit endless. I had been sticking to The Lincoln Highway which is mainly Highway 30 hereabouts, but there is a limit to how many grain elevators and down at heel one-blink towns even I can take. Ames,North Bend, Schuyler, Columbus, they went on and on, nothing attractive, nothing interesting.
