          ... of recidivism ( sp?)...they gave medals to the Mariners with the most cruise days - the top one = 1400 days ...but many in the upper 100's!! The repeaters for this cruise = 80%!!
          So - just a few thoughts on the eve of disembarkment.An attempt at a 'summary' of the ship 'adventure'. I may / may not add separate notes on the land trip home...tbd....or just one closing note at journeys end??Either way -- " ..it's been a trip"!!

          Fort Lauderdale is known as the Venice of America because it has a a network of canals and waterways. We took a boat trip to explore them and we saw lots of famous people's millionaire mansions. It was pretty cool to see all the luxury yachts parked outside. We saw what would be Tony Stark's house if Iron Man was real, and we saw Dr Spock's house. After that we had a good swim in our hotel swimming pool, then went to find a Spanish market Dad read about. We didn't find it but ...

          ... with a seat outside. It had a pair of Forrest's running shoes on the floor and his suitcase on the bench, an ideal photo shoot, Andy placed his feet in the shoes and was today Matthew going to be 'Forrest Gump'. Next to this, they had a penny printing press. You put in a penny, turned the wheel and out came an imprinted design of your choice, we chose the 'life is like a box of chocolate'. At the end of Bayside, it came out on to Biscayne Boulevard. We carried on past ...
