      ... course is the Secondo piatto, equivalent to our main course of meat or fish/seafood. A vegetable side dish could come with the Secondo. The last course, contorni, is the dessert. And wine is normally served with each course.

      ... as we did some highway speed laps to familiarize everyone with the proper line around the track. Tires at 30/36, as I was making a adjustments with a hard to use tire gauge.
