Comfort Inn North Clarksville

I am really nervous about planning this trip. It is my first "public" group cruise. I am worried that I will not get enough people. I have no idea what I am doing. I my tummy is in knots! I hope it gets better soon!

Well the other trainees and I were given a week off before we had to report to our respective bases. It was over Thanksgiving and would probably be the last holiday we would have off for the next few years. I spent the time visiting family and friends but mostly I sat around the house enjoying the break.

People actually had civil, polite conversations and everyone lounged around to do so, often remarking, "what a lovely place you have," or, "it sure is a lovely day today," or "this cheesecake is just heaven." The only conversations I remember from my last party is a guy saying, "****ing shoot that **** so we can get trashed, yo! Awwww-riiiiiighht!" So yeah, a bit different. Then again, what should I expect? I guess if anyone had uttered those words at my mom's party ...

Well, I've thought about whether to add this entry for a while because it says some things that I don't really necessarily want said to the general public. Then again, what do I care anymore. As I sit here, I'm just plain sad and lonely, and it's my own damn fault (as the great JB would say.)
