Checked in at 8am and got to go to the room straight away luckily. Room was quite nice. It had a funny smell and no windows. There were natural light holes in the roof which let use know that time of day..
We both fell asleep until 12pm as we were knackered. Though about 11am I woke up and finally spotted the air on remote as ...

After a lovely Mass with many friendly chatty people ( we must look like tourists or seriously out-of-place because people always talk to us after church!) we went to the Mackay Botanical Gardens. We thought it would be a nice spot for lunch and ended up walking and scootering around for hours. Simply gorgeous day. Perfect temperature. Sorry freezing cold friends!
