          ... only downside is the stingers. Signs warn about the box jellyfish and stingers that are found in the water here. A swimming enclosure is built at Seaforth but the tide was so far out that there was no water in the enclosure. This is a very pretty stretch of coastline. Meeting Noeleen and Greg for dinner at a spectacular Italian restaurant in the city, topped off our delightful day.           ... The mountains are also covered with green trees and palm trees make their appearance again. We make good time and make the outskirts of Mackay where we join the morning traffic rush.           ... of. We did the eastern end first it was only a couple of kms. Then I decided we should do a the caches along the way. We then headed west this is the longest section about four and a half kms. The track is well laid out with board walks through the mangroves . The mangroves were very smelly. This a great ride to the Botanical Gardens. We found 3 caches along the way there was one we couldn't find . AL had to pump my tire up 3 times to get me there and back. It was hot riding as ...
