    ... to the Mississippi River at a park.

    When we arrived, there was a marching band practicing in a parking lot we all had to drive through. The director simply had the band march out of the way of oncoming trucks and motorhomes as we pulled up. The kids kept playing and we kept driving. It felt very surreal.

    ... were over heating in our motorbike gear. We started to filter through the traffic and were told afterwards that filtering is illegal in most of America.     First whole day at the Rally in Sturgis. What a busy day! Up at dawn. Hot water, good deal. Love it when the days starts reasonable. OK. Things to remember if I come back. Get a room or at least a site with power. The camping is free, they have showers, but only the real payers have water and power. How.small a generator do they make.     It has to start with a dawn departure. Up before the crack of dawn. Bike prepped the night before, gassed and ready. Why do the tires always need air? It was a nice day to ride.
