We had all been looking forward to travelling along the Great Ocean Road. The day was perfect, sunny and blue skies. We pulled into every viewing area along the Great Ocean Road, the Bay of Islands, London Bridge, Loch Ard Gorge and the 12 Apostles. Both Craig and I remembered walking across London Bridge and we commented to the girls that some of the places we walked may not be there in the future. We didn’t count 12 Apostles, some ...

... were just plain weird. They have a massive outdoor fun park type thing right on the beachfront and the kids had a ball on some massive trampolines for ages longer than they should have. enough to keep me busy and out of mischief!
It’s also very close to the Twelve Apostles, which I made my way to the
day after arriving. There are car parks
along the road to pull in and view the stunning coastal erosions – I’ve included
a few photos and they show what I will struggle to explain in writing! I took a short helicopter trip along the Twelve Apostles which was great fun and beautiful ...

... out. We had decided to treat ourselves for the last two nights of our trip and book in to a hotel in Melbourne and we found a nice one right in the centre with a spa and sauna and after nine weeks of slumming it we thought we deserved it. As we went to book it Garry realised he had left his wallet back in the tent so we had to drive back to get it. After everything was sorted we went for a walk along the coast and soon realised why the small town was so ...
