Eritia is a baker and made us a delicious breakfast with homemade bread and muffins. Our ride from Hamilton to London was our longest: about 130km. We met with two other cyclists and they rode with us for a few hours. We went through Paris, and stayed near London for the night.
The next day, we cycled to Morpeth by lake Erie, where we stayed with Robert. It was about 115km. We camped outside his house. ...

So here we are, my brother and I, about to depart on the trip of a lifetime. We have just arrived at the airport, after our parents drove us to Canada for our flight. Windsor has such a small airport, and not realizing this, we arrived two hours early. However, this is not the O'Hare airport, and we checked our bags, checked in, and went through security in 20 minutes. Therefore, we are waiting for the first of three flights to finally arrive in Valencia, Spain in over 24 hours... Here we ...

The trip to Wheatley, Ontario, Canada, near Leamington and ultimately Point Pelee National Park was uneventful, and that's a good thing. Blue skies and the lack of RV "situations" was a nice change of pace. We crossed the Ambassador Bridge from Michigan and lined up for what we thought was the border checkpoint. It seemed there were only trucks in line. After a while, we realized we were behind a big truck waiting for gas because we had lined up in ...

          Couch Surfing fun in LaSalle

Foe some reason I booked flights to Detroit instead of Toronto, don't ask me why, it made sense at the time I did it. Anyway in the end it meant we had to again turn to the wonderful services of couch surfing. We we luckily accepted by very experienced hosts called Kevin and Eric. When we arrived in Detroit we realised that the city has been hit hard by the recession and in turn the bus schedules have been hit hard too. We ended ...
