... Two things about this.,. 1. Remember when vision boards were very popular? I remember making them. Some may have called them dream boards. Problem is, all of our boards were extremely similar - pictures of money or other symbols of 'success', dream houses, cars, trips, etc. A problem with dreaming about such specific 'things' is what if one doesn't obtain them? ... down I-75 to the 'Burg. That will give me a lot of reflective time to think about this week, which has been, well, transforming for me as a parent and as a person -- and a week of growth for our hero. But meanwhile, Baltimore awaits. And there are crab cakes and a cold beer somewhere 'round here calling my name. If you are really quiet, you can hear them. But now, I think I might have that cry I've been putting off. This one might just be merited.
Our final full day in the US started about 8:30, a little bit of a sleep in. We didn't have too much planned for the day, we only had to complete our last minute shopping and then get back to pack our luggage in preparation for tomorrow's flight.
Justin took us off to Arundel Mills around 10:00 and we went in through the Bass Pro Shop again, if there wasn't such a thing ...

It was good to arrive at BWI ahead of schedule and see Justin there to greet us, he did the right thing by us and had some cold travellers ready and waiting in the car. We got to Justin's apartment just before midnight and settled into it with a few nightcaps before turning in in the wee small hours of the morning, some a little earlier than others.
Looking forward to an easier day tomorrow.
This was mostly a travel day. It was 37 degrees (4C) and drizzling when
the Airport Shuttle picked me up this morning. With 2 weeks in Florida
and the Caribbean I did not want to bother with a winter coat, so I
managed the trip to the airport with a heavy shirt, sweater, sport coat,
and rain jacket. All except the heavy shirt got packed away before
checking my bags. ...
