    ... the airport, which was needed. Had a little jaunt out with local pals. Also needed. Prepping for my drive home, which is going to be spread over a couple of days.     Today we left Baltimore at 12:15 in the afternoon. We arrived in Charlotte for our connection where we spent 3 hours awaiting our plane to Madrid. The trip took about 8 hours and at 7:00 a.m. Madrid time (1 a.m. Baltimore time) the plane landed at Barajas International Airport in Madrid.
