... decent reviews (and they gave us a menu when we checked in, and it certainly sounded affordable), so we decided we'd eat there, instead of making a mess on just an overnight stop. Before we went upstairs, we went out the back of the gift shop to see the (quite smelly and buggy) bison - Momma, Poppa, and Baby! Just stayed long enough to snap a couple ...

Day 65 (June 20) -- Didn't bother heading back into Walker this morning to visit the Casino we saw there - casinos just are not the focus of this trip. The landscape is dotted with occasional lone farmhouses and silos among the fields and the ever present bales of hay. . ...

... and while it still hurt this morning, after taking it easy for the first 20 miles, the pain died down and I finished the day in decent shape. Second, family. In reasonable doses, family should comfort anyone as an acting confidant or a reminder of heritage. I saw my grandmother in the hospital via FaceTime, she was alright if not a bit stir crazy from sitting in bed for a week. After she gets a bit stronger she will work towards going home and staying active which, ...

... much going on or open on a Sunday afternoon. I must say I was pleased w the Ford appreciation. Once upon a time, Ford had a plant here in Fargo. We learned that Fargo is the gateway to the west. And it indeed it is- we hopped in the car and headed west to Jamestown, ND, also known as "Buffalo City." Jamestown is adorable and home to lots of buffalo, including the precious White Cloud, ...
