As we drove across North Dakota today, we noticed a big change in the landscape. We went from the beautiful striated hills of the Badlands to the rolling fields of the central prairies of our country. The prairies have their own kind of beauty. We saw fields of corn, wheat, and sunflowers. Everywhere, we saw bales of hay like in the photo.
