A little slow starting this morning - it was cold and drizzling outside anyway.
Left the the hotel late morning and decided to drive around Cayuga Lake - one of the Finger Lakes. We drove up the east side - this whole area is very popular with New Yorkers who have summer houses up here. Some of the houses are just gorgeous.
The start of our next adventure on tour! Left the "Hotel California" by shuttle service to the Alamo car rental depot and picked up our car - we got a Jeep!

We made it. This place is pretty cool. We only did about a third of what's here and we will have to come back. This gorge has been created over hundreds of years of erosion and is really worth the time. Need to plan for a full to 3/4 day to take all this in.
