    2 hour flight to Philadelphia + 20 min train ride to center city + 2 hour wait/lunch + 1.5 hour bus ride later... I am at Lehigh University!!! It is a gorgeous campus with a lot of hills and concrete steps. The midday heat rivaled that of Atlanta. I managed to get checked in, shower and nap before going to an all staff dinner!     ... much, making my foot sore in general, and they went very high on my ankle, giving me much less flexibility there and completely changing the way I walked. While the blisters and rubbing diminished as I wore them and broke them in, the other problems only worsened, with my calves getting very tight and sore in a way I hadn't felt since the beginning of the trail, and with my legs just being sorer and getting more tired - and tired earlier - each day.
