        ... of school and double checking the stock of harvested canned goods. Best of all.... It was overcast, so the lack of sun's glare was easy on the eyes. I got a pair of those yellow lens driving glasses-wow, what a difference! Let's just say though, if I was a guy wearing them, and had a creepy mustache and van with dark windows and a California sunset painted on the side, kids would run and moms would give me bad looks.         ... I learned from Dana that in North Carolina it is legal to bury bodies on your property, which is true of many areas of the south, definitely Savannah as well. I did notice lots of tiny little cemeteries in NC awkwardly placed placed, like at the entry way to a trailer park. Developing properties are built around and ON TOP of cemeteries. What strikes me as so odd about the cemetery ...

        The day has finally arrived when Johnnie and I are off to Australia. We have both been up since 5:30 this morning with very little sleep.
