... the city in concentric circles causes me some confusion. These interchanges are designed to bottleneck traffic, not allow traffic to flow freely. Not all ramps are consistent in direction. For example, sometimes you have to be in the most southern lanes to go north, sometimes the most northern lanes to go north- very confusing to us out of towners.
