    A few thoughts after returning from a trip up the East coast into Bar Harbor, Me. and back.

    ... began negotiating with us for the sale of our golf cart. We had been unsuccessful until then in all our efforts to rid ourselves of that cute little burden and were resigned to the idea of renting a flatbed trailer to haul it to a friends house today where it could be sold at his leisure.     Ed is wrapping up the last of his projects this afternoon. As I type this he is installing a vent cover on the roof over the bathroom vent so we can operate it in the rain and wind without fear of wind or water damage.
