We left MSP at 7:15 PM and landed in WDC around 10:20 PM. We got home a little after 11 PM. The taxi line was incredible but we got a taxi pretty quick. We played with Roger until midnight.

We walked around a little after breakfast and then headed to Pierre to see the State Capitol. We drove through the Badlands and saw amazing hills, mountains, and flatlands. We got pictures of some rams and prairie dogs.

Grass! Water! Humidity! It's been 6 weeks of 15% humidity. Boy do we feel the change. But it is nice. The dogs love it! There is grass again. Drove across the state of North Dakota today. The sky was a crazy color. Turns out it was smoke all the way from the Oregon, Washington and Idaho fires. The summer of fires. I hope they get rain soon.
