      ... but it takes forever and a lot of elbow power. I spent the whole time cleaning a single window while Chris literally cleaned the rest of the van. It was well worth it though because now we can actually see out the back window! It takes awhile for the starch to collect again so hopefully we will be ok for awhile.       ... Steve for dinner with some friends of his (Jay and Rachel Seagraves) and I ended up taking my main valuables with me when Rachel arrived to collect me. On the way to Gregory's, the restaurant, Rachel questioned me about the suitability of the motel but I brushed it off saying, "It will have to do".

      It's hard to believe that in 48 hours I will be on a plane headed for my first European adventure that will be an approximate total of at least over 11,000 miles!
