    ... We saw some amazing animals up close. The tour guide was very informative and pointed out animals that we otherwise may have missed, including a couple of well-hidden babies! As we approached the giraffes, I was scared but so exited. Not every tour gets to feed the animals - sometimes they don't want to play, the tour guide can't get to them, they're not interested etc. so when we pulled up and one of the giraffes started to approach, I was relieved. ...

    ... cream shops we passed, and we ended up settling on a patch of grass to watch the fireworks with our sandwiches and our wine.

    The fireworks was spectacular! We turned out to have picked a pretty great spot to view it and the acoustics of the surrounding buildings added some extra surround sounds to the show. And we finally made it home we topped off the day with some home-made ice-cream cones. I couldn't have wished for a better 4th of July celebration.

    ... We probably swam for about 2-3 hours, my little aquamen. We headed back down and hung out. I went back in forth in the room resting while the others played and messed around. Dinner was made! Ribs and a beet salad. It was so good! And if course, a delicious glass of wine. Laundry was done and we eventually headed to bed.
