... br> We kept seeing Stuckey's signs on the way and the way back, we thought we'd stop for a peanut log or something.. but every single Stuckey's from here to home is closed :( It's a sad state of affairs.

We were pretty much pedal to the metal as we tried to outrun these storms so we didn't stop much, state boarders came and went. We did see the largest cow 'processing' plant I've ever seen just outside Bloom, Tx. Oh my, respect to the cattlemen ...

Oklahoma is in Tornado Alley so it's a good place to base yourself to wait for storm activity. Our first chase was amazing, we saw our first Super Cell and there were chasers everywhere; even a TIV! The hail was pretty crazy, it got a little scary at times but still very exciting. No tornados this time but we will keep going till we find one, only did a few 100km's ...

... our Sirius XM radio...yesterday we listened to Classic Rewind, great songs! Today was country and we heard songs that took me back to vacationing with my parents when I was a kid...must of heard 5 or 6 Alabama songs!!! Made for great memories today as well.

Texas so far has been full of cows and has lost about a three thousand bugs, thanks to my windshield...tink, tink, clunk...your welcome! Rise and shine...tomorrow's destination, Memphis TN!

... then a dessert area that had at least 15-20 different desserts (my favorite was the lemon bar and the creme putts). The waiter brought a special dessert to my mom and dad that said "Happy Anniversary".

I enjoyed all the ice sculptures and beautiful decor. Another highlight was when the staff spontaneously (or so it seemed) gathered together and sang a hymn. Such a wonderful thing to be able to ...
