... m glad I got to do things I would never do anywhere else in the world but the Galapagos. Waking up at 5am to go to Tortuga Bay was one of the most memorable experiences from the trip that I will never forget. Our group was very lucky and I’m happy I got to be a part of it. The memories I made on this trip will stick with me for the rest of my life, and I cant wait to share the stories and life lessons I learned with others. Also, the trip was made even ...

Ash drank most of the beers and I had the pumpkin ale, still trying to get the taste for beer. After this we caught the subway to prospect park and had a little wander. Nice area. My headache was returning and I was having a sad homesick day so we bailed on the rest of our plans, got some ny slice and did our washing. Fun Saturday ...

'No, it's too small.' Was Rachael's reaction when we had reserved a 'full size' pick up truck and they presented us with a Nissan tonka toy. So that's how we ended up with our beast of a Ram. Thank you Rachael for your deadpan and pause! We had no idea where we were heading so we just looked at a map (which are now almost obsolete thanks to Sat are 40s to Rachael's disgust, but that's another story), ...

Staying in Harlem was great. It had a great feel, and we soon found our local coffee shop 'Home Sweet Harlem'. When we first arrived we weren't sure how safe Harlem was, but looking past the harsh exterior, people seemed very warm and we stayed street wise.

Being in such a huge and iconic city on a budget of 75 between us a day (including travel, accommodation and food etc.) we thought would ...
