Attended my nephew's wonderful wedding today. It took place at the gatherings lodge at a private residence on 460 acres that includes a 9-hole golf course.

I need to go to bed, so just a few points off the top of my head:

... cathedral (which I first mistake for a courthouse). The blocks approaching downtown are pretty shabby... to be expected. Then there's the wide multi-track railway cutting through the middle of the city, where I catch a really nice sunrise shot. with the rail lines converging far off in the horizon.

But once I reach downtown, the feeling of disappointment begins. Much like Harrisburg, it has an ecclectic mix of architecture--old Victorian ...

... how's the economy here in this area?" "It's a retirement area, really.... there are some jobs. A factory nearby is hiring 6 or 7 people... and there's some work at expanding the Del Grosso amusement park..." One thing there doesn't seem to be much at all here is agriculture. I've seen some grassy meadows that might be used to feed animals, but nothing more. I reach Bellwood, my next "official" town ...
