    Within a day of leaving the Black Hills we had crossed the Missouri River. We swept onto a long causeway almost unexpectedly.     ... attire were carrying huge banners and chanting. It was the biggest ever protest of it's kind with over 300,000 people and apparently Leonardo Di'Caprio was there showing his support. We didn't see him, he was right at the front and we only just caught the very tail end. At the back was a decorated bus followed by a load of cops on motorbikes.
