Wayne and I headed out I70 at 11pm June 23, 2015. We drove (I should say, Wayne drove lol) 227 miles, and stopped to park overnight at Cracker Barrel 300 in New Stanton, Pa. Got up to grab breakfast/lunch, shop a little (that would be Deb) and get back on the road. Heading NW thru Erie via I79. Just got into Ohio , traveling 80W. Its 4pm. Traffic isn't so bad. We got out on the third floor and were met by a bunch of other bemused looking tourists. I went to a bar (which wasn't really a bar, more of a toothless ...

... than the old concentrations in Pittsburgh, Youngstown, and Gary.

So why would I make a stop Youngstown? Youngstown is one of
those places where the grid of city streets now contains many nearly empty
blocks with only a house here and there still standing, the rest razed after
having been abandoned. It’s not all that different looking from the new suburbs
    started on spec ...
