It never fails, at least for me, no matter how far ahead I prepare before I travel internationally, I still feel unprepared right up to departure! So tonight, I am managing lists and emails, and items I need to look for to pop in the suitcase. I've only scratched four of the twelve items off the master list of relevant needed tasks. My biggest fear was getting shot while just sitting there. Again, Glen did so well with his driving and we have ...

... the day was spent making penne a la vodka with meatballs, followed by more Euchre. Sa**************ed to Canfield to see Grandma Geller. Her new place was beautiful, and I have a feeling she's one of the popular girls around there. We had a great lunch and headed to her room to show her some pictures and do some iPad work. ...

... like the level of hotel, where you eat (we ate well, especially at dinner), which attractions you decide to do and so on. I'll bet you could cut that in half if you needed to.

As we debrief, we have already started planning for next years trip. We are thinking it might be across the MidWest. Sort of the Lewis and Clark trail. Our other option is Route 66 from Chicago to New Mexico and back. Haven't decided but we can't wait.

All in all it was ...
