I heard a poll before we left on trip that NJ was top state that if it went away no one would mind, I really think it should be Illlinois! The only thing is they have a Sweet Tomatoes!!!! Yeah, that is a salad bar place us WCV'ers go to in Orlando and they rock! Eat your heart out Terry!!!!! LOL Restaurant attached to hotel has best food so far on ...

We have just spent four wonderful days with the Rinto's at their fantastic home in Ohio. Their hospitality has been just perfect, and we hope that we can extend our hospitality to them when they finally have time to retire and travel to Australia. Day excursions arranged for us included a visit to the Rogers Flea market. Similar format to our markets in Australia, but of course, on a much bigger scale. Very interesting morning. My impression of these is always ...

We awoke at five o clock and all piled into the car saying goodbye to Amanda and society for three weeks. The day started out with a three hour trip to the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon but before that we got a bit of a history lesson on dads past, visiting Dan and the Kaughmans cabin. Then as we left one of the tires of the car went flat. After stopping for lunch and pumping up the tire we were on our way, or so we thought. Minutes ...

Wayne and I headed out I70 at 11pm June 23, 2015. We drove (I should say, Wayne drove lol) 227 miles, and stopped to park overnight at Cracker Barrel 300 in New Stanton, Pa. Got up to grab breakfast/lunch, shop a little (that would be Deb) and get back on the road. Heading NW thru Erie via I79. Just got into Ohio , traveling 80W. Its 4pm. Traffic isn't so bad. But if we hit rush hour, the bus driver said he's stopping for a nap. Lol 2 miles to Cleveland / Akron. First fuel ...
