Place is a bit difficult to find with a much more obvious Holiday Inn next door. Neat entrance, friendly registration, easily connected WiFi. Room is nice with all the usual accommodation (good size fridge, microwave, very nice 'functional' TV, including a noisy mediocre AC/Heater). Breakfast area is large and quality of food to be determined tomorrow morning. Our yorkies found stuff under the main furniture that were not cleaned: what else might there be?

But it was just in time to catch the 4 o'clock tour of the Budweiser factory! I didn't know this before I googled 'points of interest in St. Louis', but it is the original home of the ...
... our time. We drove in rain for most of our trip, a predictably quiet Sunday morning. Because of a time change, we arrived in Indy just before 3:00...a quick stop to say hello to Julie and then to the hotel to get settled. Dinner was Cajun take-out from ...
... are all US military and Local. the blueberry Stuff pancakes are highly recommended, who am I to argue. YES they are awesome! but the thing that will stay with me was the young lad at the next table, he appeared a little nervous. always looking through the chair. By the time breakfast was finished, i had a new friend, was shouted breakfast, gave a quick REDKNIGHT's lesson and an Australia lesson. LOL, A couple of patched and on to the ...
