    Just to get from our campground in Jonestown, PA to Dumfries, Virginia, a total of 135 miles we crossed 4 states (Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia and Virginia). No wonder we are confused about where we are! It's too bad we camped so far from Washington, DC but we weren't sure we were even going to tour it or just get heading south.     ... The best part of that day (gonna sound cheesy) and one moment I have been waiting for since I was a kid is seeing the New York skyline at night. I got to see it!     Then we went to the river port town of Alexandria in Virginia. The place was buzzing. It reminded me of Fremantle but with less italians and more crazies. Lots of buskers. The black trio doing the shoo whap routine were particularly good. The harpy was rubbish. It was worse when she started to sing.
