... can't be trusted with cheese...now their supplies are running low. ... NASCAR wannabees. Stayed at Harrison State Park, just south of the Michigan border. Quiet, nice stay after finally finding the hidden entrance. The attendant says ' that happens all the time'. Of course it does because there was no signage. Water murky, wouldn't want to take a dip. Glad to stop.
... college and a jail it is pretty cool. I suggest you don't go on the ferry across the St. Lawrence river, it's about 30 minutes long and I don't suggest it for any teenagers or younger kids. Do go to Cabane à sucre Chez Dany (in Trois-Rivière), it is a very traditional restaurant that is open all year around. Do walk around and enjoy Montréal. Don't go to Pointe-à-callière, unless you are only there to see the movie, or the view ...
... and quarters. Illinois has toll stops on the freeway, but Indiana and Ohio do it a bit differently - they give you a toll ticket when you enter the freeway, and then it's clear sailing - until you want to exit. There are toll stations at every exit of the freeway, an interesting model.
One cool thing about all the tolls though, is all three states have fancy rest stops, since it would be a pain to exit for food or gas, only to have to pay ...
