          ... where we had a reservation for the night. It was late enough that when we passed through Fort Worth, the traffic was still thick but moving fairly well.

          It was late by the time we made it to the hotel, and we were ready for the break. It's a long drive across Texas.

          ... the river walk but disappointed it didn't have more lights turned on. Christmas lights hung from the trees but weren't turned on. Quite a few ducks and tour boats in the water. Weather was great and made for a very nice evening until we got home and saw what dammit dog had done to my blinds. Guess I should be glad it was only one window. They are getting doggie downers ...

          ... Kenneth rode in honor of Stella Espino. Her husband told about Stella, the love of his life who was called home in February 2010 just months before their 25th anniversary. Stella's organs helped five people and many others with her tissue.

          Kenneth also rode in honor of Jimmy Lu. Jimmy was a lifelong blood donor and also joined the Be The Match Registry. He didn't expect to be called but two years after joining the registry. ...

          ... and someone going nuts at the counter. The baggage people are a class in their own. They just throw your gear in the compartments. Then when you go to pick it up, they have these imaginary lines that your not allowed to cross. But if you do cross you get a "Get the F*ck back behind the pole" or something like that.
