So the adventure begins! After scrambling around the house all morning getting ready to leave, we actually left for the airport right on time. At the Greensboro airport we printed out our boarding passes and checked in our luggage. At the TSA security gate, I was checked because my braid seems to set off the heat sensor in the scan tube. During these two weeks I will seek an internship with an organization called "The Ladybug Project" which organizes on the ground experiences for students and volunteers.
