Wrought iron has obviously played an important role in this city's history. I never made it the museum but upon reading about it, there are whole sections dedicated to wrought iron, its manufacture, development and use.

A very, very long day sitting in trains! The journey from Lourdes, returning to Paris is 6 hours with less than an hour to cross from one side of Paris to other to catch my train to Rouen. I nearly didn't make it but thankfully the train was slightly delayed. Another hour before I finally reach my destination.
