... but 2 groups of school kids soon packed out the rink. Not hard when it was barely the size of Ryde Arena! We skated for around an hour (not bad for $12) before heading home. Normally I only do a bus run for the 10:50pm coach, but nobody was on this one. So instead I went down for the 11:20pm bus as we had a booking due off this bus. Good job we did, as the bus was an hour late!! Sitting in the cold until 12:20am was not nice, considering I had a bus run ...

Today we explored Coff's harbour and around.

We had a walk around the harbour which was split into several bays, Very quiet around and such a nice place.

Having read up on the area we drove up to Sealy lookout which now has a forest Sky walk, no mention of that anywhere. Such good views, although it wasn't the best time of day to get clear views

The winner receives $18,000 and a solo exhibition at the gallery.  Leaving Sydney and the temperature was heading to 30 degrees and it was only 9:00 in the morning. It's been ...

... 40 with power and right on the river and of course full of kids on school holidays! Tuesday September 30th...Happy Birthday Zak! Before we left Yamba, Rod decided to play 18 holes at Yamba Golf Club whilst I headed about 5km to the coastal village of Angourie for a bush/beach walk. An excellent walking track leads from Angourie Back Beach into Yuraygir National Park and follows this spectacular coastline for miles. As it was already in the ...

... on. We had commented earlier that apart from the birds, there was little evidence of wildlife. Suddenly in a clearing we come across what we take to be a wallaby. Its lets us get quite close, poses for a few photos then decides it's had enough of us and hops it. All of a sudden we feel like Richard Attenborough and we scour the vegetation talking in whispers looking for more, but there is none. It turns out that what we saw was a Red-necked pademelon. Like you, ...
