... doing back home in the cold weather rain/snow and we’re sitting around the table in our shorts and tee shirts… We have a great dinner and then I load up the Rhino and we head home.

... on the trailer, I'm sure cars wouldn't last long down here. Before we left for CasaGrande, AZ we had the trailer washed and waxed for the incredibly low price of $1.50/ft and the mexicans did a great job. I also had the truck detailed in and out for the unbelievable price of $7 total. They washed, vacummed and Armor-alled everything. Needless to say, everyone got decent tips in appreciation. One thing I can’t imagine... is carting a vessel of water... say 5 gallons... that’s close to 50 lbs. up a ladder 75-100 ft up a wall... into the castle and then up maybe a couple more ladders to the level wanted... or hauling wood up for fires... yet they did it... ...

After a quick stop for lunch and several more miles under our belt we switch drivers at a rest stop in Texas Canyon (confusing as we're now in Arizona!). Interesting rock formations that warrant a couple of pictures.

Today is tinged with a bit of sadness. Last "Good morning" to Linda and Colin for a while ( they are going to NZ next March). They have been the best hosts and I have loved getting to know them!
