Back on I-10, we connected to I-40 at Flagstaff. The winds were getting gustier, and we were rockin’ along. We stopped at a Rest Stop and noticed a crew of DOT workers along the roadway. My observation: It is a true sign of job security when you see DOT workers pushing a broom into 25MPH headwinds.
