That was pretty much it for today, apart from sushi for lunch in a cove on the beachfront, and seeing a bride and groom being photographed on the rocks. All I could think about was her dress getting ruined by the salt water!
Tomorrow morning we fly to Las Vegas!
Well, that's another day done. Can't seem to get to bed before 11 pm. The sun doesn't set until after 8 pm and we seem to have late teas. The freeways don't scare me now like they did. Red has offered for me to drive again but am more than happy to keep him on the correct side of the road or remind him of the stop sign he doesn't see at times. Haha has been fun. ... for us this morning, which was nothing on Cancun, but still, it was very nice having cheerios back in my life mmm. There are also tea and hot chocolate all day, which I have taken full advantage of.
After breakfast, we to the Pacific beach, which was really cool. It was so typical American, with cool dudes riding past on skateboards and roller blades..so cool! And the weather is so nice! ...
... magnificent sunsets.
The weather was holding for us even though the evenings were cool. We spent our time walking on the beach, catching up on our reading, and taking endless pictures.
Richard and Melanie took us on a guided tour to a nearby marsh where there were many birds we had never seen. The best of my pictures are shown in this blog.
