    Last Sunday we had our last team meeting before we meet at the airport to go to Kenya. It was a joyous time of questions from family and team members, their last chance to get the info they think they will need to have peace of mind and to pack correctly.     Foggy morning. Fog started to lift then came down again. It was 54 F and foggy when we left at 9:15 but it felt warmer than that. I did not have my jacket on but I am so glad I brought my short sleeved fine wool jumpers with me. I wear them like singlets and they make such a difference.

    Pittsburgh was not really what I expected. A dirty feeling city but had a fantastic river frontage area with plenty of activities to get the locals out on a nice day.

    ... by making it hard to see, it would be new every time you viewed it.

    There is an amazing set of sliding windows and a gate leading to steps down to the stream off the living room called the Hatch. Apparently Mr. Kaufman was very dubious about this feature, but allowed it to be built and came to think of it as one of the best features of the house.
