        ... hole in the wall called MaRandys that made classic southern food. Chris ordered fried catfish and rice with cornbread, collard greens and yams. I got Fried chicken and rice with cornbread, mac n`cheese and buttered beans. Everything was delicious but it was enough to feed 4 people so we saved half of it for the next day.         Today after a leisurely morning, we drove to Folkston - one of the entrances to Okefenokee swamp. It was a bit of a challenge getting there since the directions weren't clear and the gps didn't recognize the address.         Drove to Jekyl Island first today. Arrived around 1:30. Drove to the far side of the island to a picnic area and had lunch. We enjoyed a walk along the driftwood beach and took pictures of some of the interesting driftwood specimens. We were on the road again by 3:00 - heading to Waycross, Georgia.         Tomorrow we move on to Crawfordville for 3 days and plan to be home on Monday. Our trip is really winding down and we are looking forward getting home.
