... on the plane we got as much rest as possible.<br><br>It was with some anticipation that we landed at Incheon Inter-national Airport (voted #1 by travelers - Skytrax, 2009). It is visually and ascetically pleasurable. There are elegant cultural touches throughout. We enjoyed the two hour respite. Certainly an opportunity to stretch all mayor body parts. Then on to Beijing (less than a 2 hour flight).

After a very very long drive, we finally made it to our first Hotel in Twin City Georgia just right outside of Valdosta at 4:00 AM Eastern Time. Our GPS system told us that we would arrive at 4:03 and we pulled in the parking lot at exactly 4:03. The kids did really good in the car, we were very thankful for that. most everyone (except for Jaime - who is the ONLY girl besides me) slept for a few hours. we ate breakfast/lunch at Shoney's in Bowling Green, Kentucky. good buffet :o) hm.. the next gazillion hours were okay... i did my calculus assignment due friday, and i taught myself monday's lesson. i understood the self-taught lesson more than the lesson i got in class... weiiiird. i tried sketching for a while, but it's hard to focus ...

woke up at 5:00AM and i was so excited to leave that i got ready too fast.. i ended up sitting around waiting for my ride for 20 minutes. oops, hehe. the carpool i was in had to wait for a guy to wake up (10 mins).. and then the whole group (17 people) had to wait for our TA to wake up & drive over to the bus station for 30 minutes... lol. we left west lafayette an hour later than hoped.
