    Our Adventure Begins!

A travel blog entry by ontheroadwgps on Sep 07, 2014

Our day started at 10:30 a.m. meeting the St. Louis group at the airport. After some bagels and coffee Yvette and I met up with the rest of the group at the gate. It was great to see some familiar faces and to meet some new people too. Our next flight takes us to Chicago O'Hare airport where we will meet up with fellow travelers from Denver, Houston and Omaha.

Don't want to miss the flight!

You have to understand, us hobbits do not go on adventures; it's truly unimaginable. I was worried because Bilbo and I are close friends and I didn't want to see him lose his reputation at the shire. ...

... what they played there, but everyone talks about it. It is a bit stomach churning looking out and the whole platform within the arch is curved, and there’s me thinking there are too many people on one side, time to go back down I think. So off I go.

I purchased a deal so together with going up the arch I also have a boat cruise on the muddy Mississippi River – the Americans are keen on deals. The boat was a replica paddle ...
