    ... a different landscape full of scrubby plants and many Joshua Trees.

    It was great to meet up with the family again including Dawniel's' children and one of their friends. Her brother David and family friend Elias were also there.

    Had a yummy home cooked meal and then everyone went off to see the new Hunger Games movie. I stayed home and watched fun makeover programs on cable TV.

    ... to wait for a bus that was non existent. By this time we are having such fun, skipping about to reach this Magic Mountain...

    I lied.

    We were both hot at the pits... It had already taken us a good 4 and a half hours to reach, 'The Nowhere'... And we were quickly losing patience... Plus we had nothing good to munch on... Oh, no, sorry! Moses did kindly bring both packets of bugs. Sweet of him...

    ... term plans are to lease the house, while this is happening we are staying at the Valencia Travel Village RV Park. We arrived at the RV park Sunday May 19. We are hoping to stay here not more than two weeks.     ... we met turkeys; goats; sheep; chickens; horses; cows; pigs; ducks; geese and cats along the way. They all have names and all have stories - some very sad but they have a great life now! They are also all either very inquisitive or very shy. I wouldn't believe the size of some of the cows and pigs here though - they are massive. Because they were initially bred to be large quickly they continue to grow long after their normal life expectancy from the farm ...

    ... in it, and then went in search of more beer. We found a saloon, and got very very drunk. To be honest we got barely able to walk drunk. Whilst we were drinking away, we met a cool couple of guys called Curtis, and the bartender called Gregg. Once we were suitably wasted, we walked/fell back to the camper van and slept very heavily.

    P.S. Just before the saloon, we went to another little bar where Sarah fell in love with the barmaid, but I wont embarrass her about all ...
