This all actually seems quite weird since Bob Jones University’s brand of Protestant fundamentalism derives from the iconoclastic school of religious belief that was smashing elaborate and decorative works of Catholic-produced art in the 1500s and 1600s rather than producing it. But everything about Bob Jones University seems weird. Unfortunately no photographs are allowed in the Bob Jones Museum Gallery.

      ... clears them in your mind. We lifted off at 1:00 Madrid time. Our flight should take 8 hours, putting us in Philly at 3pm. We're now seated on the Airbus 330, waiting as other passengers find their seats. Our flight appears to be only about 75% full. The flight from Madrid to Philadelphia, unlike the beginning, was uneventful and didn't seem like 8 hours. We made the changes in Philadelphia smoothly and in plenty of time.       ... me full with Muffins and Blueberry Coffee which I had black and without sugar. Mmmm mm! Just like my mama never made. When I say she went the extra mile I mean this literally cos when David wasn't around to drive me to and from Steve's place she was there to help out on a number of occasions.       Didn't get a chance to upload an entry yesterday. It's really Tuesday as I write this.

      We left Knoxville in the morning and drove to Greenville, South Carolina. Had a nice visit with Gloria and Dennis. Betty's sister and her son. Both were very gracious and friendly. It was a nice visit, but we forgot to take pictures. We're still kicking ourselves over that.
