      ... the next tour. Info given by tour guide was overwhelming, but we understood his clapping of hands to hurry us up!! Lowering the flag at 5 pm with taps sent chills down our spine. A quick stop at Walmart was needed, but we were always in the wrong lane. Sis Terry text messaged me and wondered why we were going in circles!!! She follows us on Apple's Find a Friends app! Eventually we got back to camp in the dark, but ...

      ... western shore of Lake Champlain. We found ourselves a doggie friendly hotel and settled in for a few days. Nice quiet location and room and a park to take Ozzi for walks - all we needed.

      After a tour of the Gaspe Quebec Peninsula it was time to take the show out west. Brought the bike to the Harley Dealer in Plattsburg, NY to be shipped to Seattle.       Well, we finally managed to quit Boston this morning and headed 215 miles North on the dreaded I-93 for Burlington, Vermont. The Boston beltway was disposed of with a lot less trouble than it could have done and traffic started to fall away as we left the city behind. The leaves also started to appear and within an hour we were in New Hampshire and all you could see were Fall colours. We certainly seem to have timed it right.

Tim had fun looking through all the left behind goods in the attic and is now fantasizing about roaming the country and becoming a 'picker' for a job. (Apparently there's a TV show called Pickers where these people go around and find antiques at peoples houses and offer them money for it). ha ha.
