I'm here for Bridgets wedding staying at a beachfront condo with some other Chicago classmates.  We were all down at the beach catching some rays and Kyle and I decided to throw the football for a bit in the nice clear water.  He dove for a ball and lost his wedding ring in the nice clear water.  We hunted for about an hour in the nice clear water, but were unfortunately unsuccessful.  Helicopters from the nearby airforce ...

The sky is clear and lit by the stars and the moon.  The water is pretty calm and the temperature is perfect.

Well, this is where we called home until the economy crashed and took my business with it. But that gave us an opportunity and impetus to seek broader learning in Saigon. Of all the places we've lived this is at the top. On the bay, with a yard, dog....the American dream. Quiet town living, safety, low cost of living, only the occasional hurricane. It is a good place. We miss our friends and will return.

Howdy from Destin, Florida, where I have been for the last week! I flew down from New York City with my mom and dad and my sister on Saturday. We had to fly to Atlanta, then we rented a cool Mustang convertible to drive to Destin. We thought it was only a three hour drive, but it was actually five hours.
