After a grueling five days of driving, it was time to find a nice campground and hang out for a few days. My plan was to stay at the state park on the beach near Destin. Today, we transitioned to the Destin West RV Resort in Fort Walton Beach. It was really hard to leave the Ho Hum RV Park, but this campground is near the water, and is very nice. The sites are paved with brick pavers and are really deep. Our site is set up that we are head in so we are able to look out and see the water and not the front of another rig.
