The best part of the fair was by far the miniature pig races. The kids could enter their name to be picked to represent one of the pigs. If you were chosen you held a flag with your pig's colour and were expected to lead the cheering for your team. There was 3 races and Cohen and Clare both ended up ...
... always thought it would be a fun place to visit. It's only 1 1/2 hours from St. Clair Shores, but since it is a bit west of here we would not be going a whole lot out of our way.

I slept like a log last night. I was told that we had extremely heavy rain and wind during the night. I didn't hear a thing.
... that had its center pulled out. They were good, but boy were they messy to make. The large Marshmallows were easier to make then the small ones. A suggested serving was to dip the Marshmallow shots into some rum, then catching them on fire before consuming. Of course, you need to blow out the flame.

... an hour. Dave and Ken sat in the boat and watched us. The lake water was only about 77 degrees so it was a bit cold, but not unbearable. As a matter of fact the sky was cloudy and the weather was on the cool side. I think we only had on warm day since we have been here. Don’t get me wrong, we are enjoying this weather.
