Well it didn't take long to complete the last big hurdle....buying the Subaru Outback. That was accomplished today with not too much of a headache. "Mrs. Kate Allen Shadburn, 86, daughter of the late Bona Allen, Sr., died ... at her home after a long illness.
Mrs. Shadburn, a long-time resident of Buford, was the widow of Wylie Burrell Shadburn, who died about 40 years ago.
Mrs. Shadburn was a member of the Buford Methodist Church. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the residence. Burial will be in Buford Cemetery.
