We were actually in good time so we had time for lunch on the banks of a lovely river before trip on the train. This little train was built sole by some dude , a very rich one , who was caught in the weather and decided a train was the way to get up the mountain ;the train' s purpose is solely recreational as there is perfectly good road to the summit. So we left VT this morning from the Quechee Gorge State Park, a mildly interesting gouge in the earth. Beautiful of course, it's VT after all.
