... Canada Day, like our 4th of July and people are off work. The poutines are very good and very, very rich, but your doctor would tell you to only eat them once a year:))

... mazda 3 to a car wash. After all, the "fly" was quite dirty from our drive to Fiona's camp.

Once the car was rinsed off a bit, we headed back to the hotel to see Frederick. We asked if Frederick was hungry (but he said he was not). After all, Joanne had packed him a lunch with plenty of food to last him the whole day and beyond....

For the rest of the night, we spent time with Frederick talking and watching tv.
