      ... In the downdown area most boot shoppers are Hispanics living on US soil. Americans perhaps prefer the factory outlets in the outskirts of the city.
      On the way back, I met two very nice American ladies. One was married to a German with her son still living in Cologne. So we had a nice chat in and around the elevator. They mentioned that 85% of the people living in El Paso are Hispanics.
